You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section. c. Access Tiers: Access to certain features, including the ability to create new projects or download specific templates, may be restricted based on your account tier (e.g., "Trial" vs. "Full Access"). We reserve the right to modify or introduce new access tiers and their associated restrictions at any time.

4. User Content and Data

a. Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to any data, documents, files, text, images, or other materials that you upload, submit, or store on the Service ("User Content").

b. Licenses: By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant Goddard Consulting LLP a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and operating the Service.

c. Backup Responsibility: YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR CREATING AND MAINTAINING YOUR OWN BACKUP COPIES OF ALL USER CONTENT, DATA, AND DOCUMENTS UPLOADED TO OR GENERATED WITHIN GC SITESAFE. While we employ reasonable measures to protect data integrity and prevent data loss, we do not guarantee that your User Content will be continuously available or that any lost User Content can be recovered. We shall not be liable for any loss, corruption, or unavailability of your User Content.

d. Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, and appropriateness of all User Content.
